got it a bit dirty :)

Took back wheel off and inspected brake drum and linings, all new including drum which was a nice surprise, cleaned and soaked spring retaining bolts ready for spring and shocker renewal asap:)
Soon have a 90 that I can drive
 
Just found that the spring locating plates on the rear axle of the 90 are rusted through:(
Was putting my nice new springs on but that'll have to wit now while I get some new plates welded on:rolleyes:
 
Fitted a de-cat & sports exhaust, took her for a spin, seems to be noticeably more eager on acceleration now and sounds a bit better :)

Rain stopped play :p old gearbox is coming out this weekend as is the seat box and I'm gonna hack up the bulkhead too :) hopefully be able to drop the engine in next weekend by myself or see if I can rope in a helper!

New gearbox only arrived last weekend ;) nice and shiny too :D just need to get a new clutch for it and possibly flywheel too as someone nearby has a lightened one and a few normals kicking about ;)

Erm possibly if thats not broken too :eek: was hoping to get this sorted for discodads lakes trip :rolleyes:

Other than dumping in the new engine and gearbox my to do list isn't exactly that large haha
