Replaced a headlight bulb in the Discovery.

Fitted some woodwork in the classic and fixed the electric mirrors.

Fixed a leak from the drain plug in the petrol tank in the Lightweight.
This involved emptying the tank into my sleeve first.

ATTEMPTED to fix the seized diff lock. Infact, I've un seized the slider, but can't work out how to put it back or how it actually moves the linkage!

nice mate..

Cheers. Bolted direct to seat box for now. Got some 50x20 box section being made into adapters. Will then use the old captive nuts so much easier to remove.

I have 80mx 60" olive green breathable waterproof fabric I won on eBay coming so once I have fitted the foam matts through out I will line the inside with that. Will be well smart and cosy too once the heated seat pads are wired in ;)

i have just bought a tuning kit from tuning diesels for my disco td5.had one for a rover 75 diesel a couple of years ago and that made a big difference to how that car performed.;):D:D

I stripped me winch again to take pics and show what to do, see the post at http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/2372940-post62.html

Cleaned all the gaskets faces, rebuilt it and filled with with grease, then finally fitted it to the Disco, wired the solenoids up and put 'em in a plastic biscuit box (for now) to keep 'em together, ran a couple of wires to the battery and it all works .. I is now really quite happy!

Plan for tomorrow is to fix it all in place, spool the rope on nicely and wait till I've got the front hub re-fitted so I can properly test run it!

Reckon you should stick this up in the secure unit for a vote as a 'how to' though dunno what section....'General Landy chat' I guess
