bullbar was a bit dodgy anyway, crap weld fix on it and the vibrating i reckon killed it off, also my lad has been playing in the snow in it up holmfirth so god knows what he's been doing! lol, n clutch been playing up for a while thought it was maybe an airlock after putting new master cylinder on but looking like clutch fubard, he had to drive it home from holmfirth with no clutch, I am going to investigate tomorrow to make sure its not lost fluid n then take it from there.

Finally got round to fitting the spare set of 265/70 16 Grabber ATs to the rims, fitted the new bonnet release cable (after the lever broke up doing the oil change earlier this week) and greased/checked all round.
Just need to drain a little coolant and add some fresh OAT to strengthen the mixture up a little bit tomorrow and we're all set for Wales this weekend :)

Just taken the best part of 20 mins to get the feckin master cylinder lid off! Had to resort to getting hubby to do it in the end, n he even struggled with the bloody thing! Still have fluid in there but it has lost about a 1/4 of an inch so still assuming clutch has totally gone :(:(

Removed heater box, tunnel top and nearly all of the screws for the tunnel, then had to rescue the wife so packed up and went home!!

emptied everything outta the back. bolted 2 sets of Waffle Boards & me hilift to the side of the seatboxes raised the bed by 2" and secured all me ammo boxes etc under the bed. to try and stop it all moving around this weekend. and refitted the bed. Needs a bit of fine tuning tomorrow morning.

Fitted the new battery (which took less than 24hrs to be delivered :) ) and lo and behold she burst into life faster than she's ever done since I've owned her ... sadly I also found that there is a power drain of 0.15v, so will be playing with the fuses tomorrow to trace the problem

Try the clock first

Spent literally hours trying to unscrew the drag link before realising i was turning it the wrong way  jeez didnt i feel like a dick. On the plus side my steering is now fantastic :D

Topped her oil up, wiped some **** of the inside of windscreen, wiped the dash down so its nooice and shiny, as shiny as a 24 year old landy can be anyway ;) Ready for me trip up to london for the weekend :)

I found that when it was idling, gear box in neutral and clutch engaged there was an odd fain rattly noise coming from somewhere? It went when I disengaged the clutch. Any ideas what that could be? hope me gearbox isn't gonna start playing up. Could do with its oil checked and topped up, I haven't done it since i've owned it I suppose.
