Looking good. Is it gonna open when the door opens? If so do you need any close up pics of the linkage & adjuster??

cheers redhand yes that the plan, but still need to work out how I've looked at plenty of pics and have come to the conclusion that the linkage/mechanism depends on where the hinges are located. so if yours are like mine (close to the door hinges) then some pics would be great. ;)

Went to go change the shock bushes for MOT on the dwarfs series only to find out the rear bottom shocks are mounted with split pins…..

They look ####ed and I don't have replacements so have left it for now, the drivers side one is also mounted in the opposite direction to the passenger one

mines right up against the edge of the tub.

so will take some pics when it stops raining.

Replaced my rear hub bearings and seal's.

Also discovered a major vibration coming from front area, think the front left. Found out it only happens when the fwh's are engaged so believe it's the uj's passed it.

spent 3 hours jet washing the out side. cut all the sound proofing and carpets out and jetted the inside to find out i have a major rot problem. so next job is to get the welder out. oh and put the top window back in witch poped out when i fell in a ditch lol.

That's coming along nicely. That bottom arm takes a lot of strain and stress You might want to think about adding a gusset (OOERR Missus) plate, across that weld. Where the 2 lower tubes meet.

thanks, yes not a bad idea that one (you mean the second pic) where the angled piece joint the horizontal bottom bar.... just wondering whether i could make a tube piece or some plate cut at an angle. :confused2:

NOWT!! Bloody rain!!

Did find out I wasn't out of CO2 just my regulator decided to break internally. New pin made fitted and tested but no welding done!

Roll on tomorrow!
