Damn useful them Parrot systems :p love mine although with the Ipod connection I don't need mine anymore cos I've upgraded to an Iphone so everything works off one cable ;)

I went for a Clarion CZ702E head unit as it comes with a rear located USB lead.
I just ran it to the glove box so I can run a USB SD card reader off it for all the music etc.

I'm still a Nokia die hard user so no iPhone here.
But honestly, that Parrot malarky is the business. Crystal clear both sides of the call and it comes through all of the speakers!

Nothing for the past few days, haven't been driving it because I am fortunate enough to have been given a company van to drive to Blaenau FFestiniog to do some outage work :) Just got to make sure when I eventually hop in it this weekend that the battery isn't flat  :D

Ah lovely blaenau. Got land up there. Distant cousin.....the acclaimed sculptor David Nash lives round there.

I had a Nokia N8 but then it started to **** up so I sold it and bought an iPhone :p very worthwhile investment as it runs smoother and replaces my broken ipod too :D

Where did you stick your mic ? I ran mine over the top of the cage and stuck it to the ledge in front of the unit

Used the 90 to collect 500 Pheasant poults and deliver them to their new homes on the woods.
Polished the 110.

I've got an N8 now and still get on well with it after nearly 2 years.

The beauty of this head unit is that the mic is built into the front facia, but it does come with a lead on the back if you want to run an external mic in case you're in a large van or truck where the stereo is too far away.
It really is a fantastic bit of kit for the money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

My N8 was fairly well abused, dents everywhere and even a few small cuts too

Mines a Pioneer head unit and a slightly older one at that so it just has the lead which I don't mind too much as it means the facia is fairly hardy, I got water in mine when the sunroof was leaking, unscrewed it let it drain and it went back to working :D this was last year too and still going strong now

Just had a fun day! First went to fit the EGR blank and all went to plan, except the kit that I got does not include the two extra blanks for the heat exchanger. I just left it unplugged with the coolant in and out left as they are. Removed EGR unit and plugged the two vac pipes with two screws and unplugged the modulators. The fun began when fitting the manifold blank. I don't have a torque wrench so was doing it by eye. I sheared off one of the bolts fixing the blank!!! . What to do? How do I get it out? Fkn Stupid I know but that's not where it ended I then proceeded to remove the cat , after removing all the fixings I realised that I couldt remove it even when the car was jacked up, no wigilling will free it!!! Do I have to cut it out? I attempted to remove the cross member but the first bolt I tried stripped like it was made of butter. anyone have anny advise?

collected a real landrover :D series 3 2.25petrol 88" ragtop. picked it up from Paignton drove it to Yeovil.

Finished making and fitting the box behind the passenger seat to put all my tools, bottle jack, breaker bar and other break down equipment in :D
Also seeing as it hasn't had a run in a week, gave it a good pasting :p

Just went out to get the pictures now :D Love the way you can see the circle of light from my torch :p Still need to tidy up the inside of the lid, and also get a few more tools, otherwise I'll struggle to do anything with that collection :D
