Took ours shopping, no apparent leaks from new fuel tank. Maybe I did it right!
Last night a friend of mine put her def.110 in a ditch trying to avoid a suicidal sheep.. Shes added some 'character' to it... :)

Get some water in places it doesn't belong which caused the engine to misfire horribly. Honestly thought I'd killed the thing, so happy when it all boiled away and things got back to normal. I'll have to keep an eye on it though, since the gearbox was going mental because of the liquid.

I also switched the wiper arms over since the last owner had put them on the wrong way round. I honestly do not understand how anyone can get that wrong, it is like putting your boxers on backwards.

Made a bracket to mount overdrive shifter, the day was perfect and I had everything ready...except the socket I need to modify for torquing up the castle nut.... ordered at the same time as the mounting kit and the other new bits and pieces that arrived during the week.
Mounting of overdrive will now have to wait another week I guess.... bet it will rain:mad:

2 whole days and she's started on the button every time :bounce: so I took her to the jetwash on the way back from work for a treat and had a row with the attendant about a 10 quid surcharge for off road vehicles! :jaw::der:

Thank fook she started after that cause that would've been proper embarrassing

Finished the last of the welding. Replaced the rear interior (even put on the rear door card, 1st time in 8 months). Fixed the rear wash/wipe.

the £10 surcharge was to clean up the oil after you had finished :D

Replaced the glass on my front headlight after a golf ball sized hole appeared in it :(

Hopefully will be water tight for wading again!
