Refitted the mud terrains and camel cut the back arches to stop the tyres ripping against them.
The clutch release bearing was sorted last weekend (hurrah) and to try and prevent it happening again I took off the flat plate on the bottom of the bell housing and refitted it with a lot of sealer.
Hopefully no more muddy water entering the bellhousing and no more clutch problems ;)
No where's the mud at???? :D
 
not my landy, but finished strippin all the useable bits off me mates disco scrapper. just got to get round to fleabayin them now
 
Took rear passenger door off, fitted new passenger door relised striker wunt fit took off new door and put old one back on while I source a different plate

Couple of days ago now, but I fixed the bodywork damage from laning by grabbing hold of th bent bit, and pulling.....


....is this the correct way to fix a landy, or was I wrong not to use a hammer ?? :D
 
cleaned out intercooler and inlet manifold and all associated hoses,and managed to take a piccy of it,might even get round to posting it on here
 
Removed the rear half shafts from the white bus tae find thur nae better than the green ones'. Got a bit bored while havin' a 'few' wife beaters so decided tae clean up a panhrd rod and rear door internal shuttin' handle;)
 
fitted noo bushes to panhard rod, & al 4 radius/trailing arms. and taken gearbox & clutch out
 
yes well up early, but trying not to watch TV as i dont want to know the result of the MOTO GP!! i will watch it lunch time with a sunday roast (KFC)!!
Off to tesco for some brekie now :)
 
walked past mine this morning too and took hubs car to the farm instead:eek: nice potholed farm track full off big puddles:D hubs is currently cussing me:rolleyes:
