Took both of our LPG tanks off to fit new straps, but the brackets are non-standard and only two instead of the more normal three, so maybe look at going up a size on the tanks from 200mm X 1040mm to 244mm X 1040mm, that gives us 72litres net instead of 48litres, a useful increase.

Original tanks are 10 years old, look OK but worth upgrading.

Took out the redundant ACE valve block and will chop off the air compressor bracket on the other side to give more clearance for the bigger tanks.

Tinley Tech are quite close to us so I'll run over on petrol tomorrow and see Mick and try a tank for size with the car there.

Well thanks to The Mad Hat Man I located the gearbox and transfer box breathers and they are now connected and going up the the engine bay. Once the 5 way breather hose adapter arrives I can connect them all together into one pipe and attach it to the snorkel. or more likely the roll cage and out of the way. Another job off the list.

Drive into work and spotted a 300 D1 with tubular winch bumper. Gave him the thumbs up but didn't get anything back

yesterday - took the air inlet off and did a decoke , misting water into the turbo intake at highish revs for about 5 minutes.
No idea if its done owt!

There is ALOT of black claggy crap all over the back end now. From the head? who knows

Between the two of us me and son yesterday and today rubbed down the 90 ready for rollering it in Coniston Green this weekend all being well, got 90 ready for a test drive ( was told scaffolding was going today ) but hasn't  90 has been stuck on the garage for 8 weeks ( replacing roof on the house ) after originally being told it would only take 4 weeks

Over the last couple of weeks I've fitted a new rear hub and wheel bearing, tightened a front bearing, fitted a pair of new rear shocks, new rear bump stop, new radiator and new intercooler and a pair of cheap rear work lights/caranex lights.

Tightened my aux belts and my NSF wheel bearing. Think I need to get my ass in gear and renew the wheel bearings all round as I've found that the locking washer is past its best and allowing the nuts to unwind

Just taken the drivers side running board off as they have rotted. Planned to do both sides but the nuts and bolts didn't want to give up.

Hopefully I will the enthusiasm to do it tomorrow
