Went to some tyre places got quoted prices for tyres that are obviously hand crafted by Tibetan monks and delivered by vestal virgins scattering petals prior to them feedin me grapes while they fit them :(
Back to the internet then, less vestal virgin influence on the prices but feel some tough hand tyre fitting coming on....all 5 of the pricey critters..

There's a tyre place (Tyre Torque) on an industrial estate near me that puts tyres on for notalottamoney. I've used him a few times, he likes Landies, so instead of the usual tenner a tyre he only charges me £20 for four, even though he has to work harder!

He also seems to employ people who have a clue ... ;)

Might be worth having a troll through the local Yellow Pages or similar, or having a drive round industrial estates, see what you have locally.

Lifted it:D

Pulled bits out the engine bay clearing the way to the cam belt. Stopped at the last hurdle by the large nut on the bottom pulley. Dont really know how to get that one off. :-o B-)
