Done the same myself in the past  Damn things are too big

Emptied my tools and recovery gear and personal stuff .. all laid out on the back yard and hosed down .. OK, the cardboard boxes aren't much good any more, but the stuff inside is all OK!

Bought some Conra bucket seats for £40 from a mate of a mate. Got given a big carbon dynamics in line air box for when I plumb the snorkel in and my cousin gave me a chequer bonnet plate and rear corners. Not a bad day I suppose.

You know the rules.....:nopics: or it didn't happen...

Maybe tomorrow. I did a bloody stupid thing and got complacement.

put the rear on axles stands on a gravel driveway I'd used many times before.. (you can guess what's coming). Looked at it and thought, I don't like the look of that as they started to sink slightly.

Stuck the trolley under it to try and support it but it was too late, the jacks fell over and moved the rear about a meter to the right.. only issue the wall was there :(

it munched rear light capping. I've smacked it with a hammer and handpainted some awful silver paint on so it doesn't rust everything :p

The fuses.. for some reason both my solenoids I use for the glows and brakes just blew within days of each other.. One it shorting out and blowing fuses and the other is just dead.

Driven it! Yes I know you might say that's not a modification but I say it is - if a modification is something you do other than the norm..... (that'd be fixing it)

I drove her on all 8 cylinders, all 4.6 litres doing their bit and drove through a storm....

No doubt tomorrow she'll play up again :S

make sure you seal it up, the joins on mine leaked slightly

Fitted a fag lighter socket. tried to wire up my spare stereos but non of them worked so back to the Sharp cassette player with LW and MW only:rolleyes:

Going out now to put my disc lock on:)

started the old landy up this morning to keep her engine sweet, noticed that the heavy rain night before last had driven in under the flashing on the top of the tin roof on the shed, and left 2 bloody great bowls of water on the tyvek felt.
so lunch time popped back down there with the expanding foam gun and filled all the hollows in the corrugations before the bad weather hits home tonite.
