My brother's Freelander:
Removed roof rails and the removable roof, cleaned all the roof seals, used "back to black" on the roof section.
Prepped and painted the roof rails. Removed spare wheel carrier, cleaned out all the dead leaves and rubbish inside it, painted it.
Cleaned all the plastic trim.
Replaced the reversing sensor buzzer and reconnected the rear courtesy light. Removed and cleaned the EGR valve assembly.
Put everything back on the car.
Ordered an EGR bypass, inlet manifold gaskets and a crankcase filter for next weekend.
Sat down on the patio in the evening sun with a rum and coke :D

just turned up the fuelling on the ron box, feels a bit sprightlier. started being a bit rough on idle though so i need to change the "map" number.

also ordered an enclosed performance airbox and cold air feed.

Propshafts and VCU should turn up this week so i actually have a 4wd freelander

It was a long day.......and there were two of us............the rum and coke felt good :)

Bistard. Even though I made one I am still gonna buy one if I find it at the right money.

Did it come with the brackets though?

not sure to be fair. I "think" theres the mounting brackets already in mine... not sure.

*Sunday* Went to bala and done a spot of sailing. Sat in traffic for over an hour and car was brilliant all day,
Unfortunately once i got home unloading stuff from the boot managed to hit the rear window and rip the window tint " Good job i didn't pay someone to do it " Still annoyed me.

Removed scuttle [fresh air intake grill], cleaned it and the removed larch needles and birch seeds that had collected in the area below the wiper assembly, replaced the air intake mesh. Got the idea from baptista [thank you]. I used four layers of the fine black nylon mesh and spot welded it on the underneath of the scuttle itself just to make sure it stays there.

Driller 30mm holes in front mud flaps to allow easy drainage and save the sills behind the plastic inner guard/mudflap.

Dropped it in for aircon regas, and geometry check! Let's see how much they want charge me!

Got my aircon done a couple of weeks ago, £50!!

Went and picked up 9 lift kits from the platers in mine this morning, very yellow, very shiny and they stink like hell!

spoke to rover ron and ordered a box off him :)

also fitted new brake light switch so just need to test it on Trailer now

also my car feels so much more better now not having a cat pick up is so much quicker and smoother :)

Well back from garage, £39 for the aircon regas, 30 for geometry check 11 to adjust the near side toe... And 20 odd to fix the slow puncture! £106 later ... A lot more Than I expected

Still very cheap for what was done though. A regas around here costs £50-£60, £80-100 for a geometry 4 wheel laser alignment inc adjustment and about £15 for a puncture repair.

Removed front brakes [ callipers and discs] - replaced discs, cleaned and painted callipers, put an overhaul kit in each, reassembled - new 'green' pads, bleed front brakes.
