Best wiring diagram I have found and information is fitting it to a supra.....

Auto Window

This would obviously needs a bit of alteration if you already have one touch down on the drivers side.....

The relays needed are defiantly in a mk1 mondeo 93-97 and I think they are also in mk2 97-99 only fitted in the drivers door one per car.......
 
In the last few days I have.....

Given my hippo a bath....
Polished all of the paintwork......
Treated the bumpers again....
Vacuumed the inside,.....

Fitted vauxhall corsa perforated leather gear lever and handbrake gaiters....

Replaced the heater panel bulbs.....
Replaced the mileage bulb....
Fitted a bright led ribbon light as a boot lamp..... (Sorry no pics yet)
Changed my door speakers again as the ones I fitted 2 weeks ago stopped the windows opening! :eek:
Fitted the black and silver land rover badge to the rear door handle...
Covered the freelander badge and land rover side and front badges with carbon effect film...
Re painted the white letters on my tyres.....

Now having a well earned beer!!!
 
Ok, Duncan. I will post the info tomorrow. Seeing ZDomZ's Mondeo link schematic i just realized something. You cant use your current window lift ECU with this mod. The ECU/relay is sensing more current when window comes to a halt and thats not gonna happen with the WL ECU. And im not sure if the 2000-2003 window lift ECU has a "voltage step up converter"-circuit integrated. But if it has one, your window will be slower than they are today.

I have one 2000-2003 window lift ECU i can test and find out. But you can easily check this yourself. Does your drivers window work faster than your passenger?
 
Not done alot to it today. apart from fine tuning the tracking and finding a nail in my back tyre.

What bike carrier is that?

I've just spent ages trying to find a towbar one that fits because of the spare wheel.

I was recommended 3.... A Thule costing £500, a Buzz runner spark 3 (which I ordered) and a cheaper Buzz rack.

I wanted something that was simple to fit.

The best rack is an Altera Strada, but it won't fit, as the mounting bar will probably clash with the spare heel.
 
Well it fits with the bike having around 3mm of space between the fork and spare wheel. So I wrap the fork with a cloth to save it marking.

Its a Thule 2 bike one. Not the brand new version though you have to use a spanner to fit it and straps to hold the wheels. Don't see why the new version wouldn't fit though

Although I have had to use a spacer on the towball
 
Fitted new fuel pump and filter, refitted inlet, refitted EGR as bypass has not arrived yet, fitted new silicone hoses. Now to tired to continue, will finish it tomorrow!

Land Rovers - sense of humour a necessary requirement....

Went over a speed bump, thudding noise, no drive (prop previously removed). Although the rear flange turns and the speedo reads... Had her up to 90 without moving:D.

Phoned my mate who runs a scrapyard. Picking up another ird this afternoon....

What's the main difference?

The low down pull and the willingness to rev without it feeling a bit asthmatic above 3000rpm

Also driving back on the A1 coming out of a 50 back to NSL 70, just kept it in 5th and put my foot down, just pulled without taking ages like it normally does

Maybe slightly more turbo lag low down, but there probably isn't, just be the split second while the extra power comes on board, 70nm increase in torque apparently

Had mine done today as well.

More of an eco map. Can't go as high on torque as the manual box.

Unfortunately, an injector has gone down as a result of the extra power etc...

Hate it when that happens! To be honest I was expecting something to break right on cue

Removed the EGR valve I refitted yesterday, fitted EGR blank, reassembled air box and the other intake stuff, started it and drove around the block :)
