There's a lot to be said for disposable overalls with an attached hood, eyeshield or full face visor and nitrile dispoable gloves. :D

you've done a really nice job on that bumper panel , is that another job off the list , lol
Yep, just fluid changes to do then I think that's just about everything. Relieved that the sills and boot floor are solid. I've convinced myself that I need a 700w 52" lightbar for it:oops:

found that out really quick after using the dinotrol in how hard it is getting it off ur hands etc
Hot shower and one of those green scrubber jobbers gets it off along with some skin but por15 has to be scraped off with your finger nails :D

used some petrol last time to get it all off

think a box of gloves may be the way to go for future use of this product

at least u know it should stick to the chassis if it's anything to go by the way it sticks to everything, lol

Hope it's just a bad connection, a new one isn't cheap, even on the bay of fleas:-

Well , new Hi Lo T box switch fitted to the D2, now can engage HDC. Not sure if I ever will use it, but hey ho at least it now works.
Genuine switch £33 from Stratstones, Swansea on the bay. Oooh, and I got to use the crows foot 19mm spanner to tighten it up......

Cheers

Had a nice visit from Mike at Dynachip and now have a nice new map on my TD5 - at the same time we pulled off a PSI Powerbox that the previous owner had installed (that's now on eBay), reconnected the wastegate modulator and adjusted the wastegate back to 13 threads (instead of 8!!)

Now sitting with it's arse end up in the air on ramps waiting for my air powered descaler/rust remover to arrive so that I can derust the rear chassis to see if it needs welding or if I can get away with paint and waxoyl.

Swapped the little plastic jobbers on the back of the headlights as five out of six of them were goosed. Unfortunately one of them needed a bit more leverage :(
