Tried to replace the front fogs, only to find the two screws on the wing part of the fitting are rusted through, and so I need to drill them out...

Ordered shocker mount and tidy up next

Second set of replacement front fog lights arrived from Ebay. Less than thirty quid a pair. They have Land Rover logo on the stickers, but they are cheap Chinese knock offs... Still, they look better than the corroded ones I currently have fitted.

Any chance of a link please - one of mine is looking a bit "aged" .......

I redid my dodgy negative battery cable to my shut off switch.
Went from a 10AWG to a shorter length and thicker 0AWG with my hydraulic crimper and added a military grade negative post clamp.
It’s been raining so I’ll finish up tomorrow.

I finally installed the CARRS4x4 intake tube to replace the torn apart rat’s nest. It’s extremely easy to replace and it looks great.

As long as the bulb isn’t red or blue colored like for emergency vehicles you’ll be alright.

hiya

but as it’s a solid light I thought that only a white light can therefore be displayed not orange

plus if someone is at a T junction and sees the vehicle coming towards them emitting an orange light they could mistake it for an indicator and pull out in front of them

If it's not flashing yellow then I don't see a problem.
Our Disco 2's front yellow indictor lamps have 2 bulbs each in it. 1 bulb that stays on with the headlights are turned on and the 2nd bulb as an turning indicator. It could be a NAS thing again.
Not the best video but you can catch my drift...
