Ive got a gearbox & 2 transfer boxes with diff locks think ive got a new clutch somewhere too
if you need one or 2 ;)

how goods the gearbox you've got?. 2nd and 3rd crunching like mad. fuming about covers it. starter motors died too

box back out. new flywheel clutch starter motor new spigot bearing. waste of time box is trash. had a look through my selector on my old box. looks like a metal clip has dislodged and is sitting on the syncro and the bulk ring so iv spoken to a lad dropping my orignal box off for him to sort it. :)

I found out with my Foxwell NT510 I was able to change the old VIN that was stored in the SLABS unit to my own current SALTY VIN.
I couldn’t do that with my Nanocom.

took bellhousing and transfer box off my old gearbox.
lifted it into the boot slipped moving to come back out slipped on the plastic bumper and smashed my whole left leg down the bloody towbar eyelet many swearwords happened.
dropped gearbox off to a gearbox person.
boy reckond my issue fully with my original gearbox was the lock ring thats come and sat over 5th gear syncro.
will get updated and confirmation on price and back in time to fit friday night at least with the engine crane method and everything being greased and battery inpact gun and knowing everything will come undone it can be done in a few hours.

il be looking forward to driving normally again thats 500mile on that broken 2nd hand box now and its got to last all this week somehow luckily once im moving i can spend 90% of a journey in 4th and 5th.

Watts linkage outer bushes ordered.
Folded down the 6th and 7th seat to find ones full cloth and ones full leather .
Got a new door speaker for the front.
Pair of washer jets as only 1 bit in each one works.
New interior mirror as mines broken.
Bulbs for the digital heater panel.
Just need to find a silver front bumper and a pair of headlights to tidy the outside up a bit.

Fixed my horn by putting a air horn on (very loud) put glove box back in after repairing BCU, starter relay replaced and headliner out ready for painting (usual sag and mould)

Second set of replacement front fog lights arrived from Ebay. Less than thirty quid a pair. They have Land Rover logo on the stickers, but they are cheap Chinese knock offs... Still, they look better than the corroded ones I currently have fitted.

Just picked her up from having four ball joints (Lemforder) and shocks replaced.
Both TF front shocks completely US after 15mths use and at the rear, R/O/S shock top bush just fell out when removed (which explained a hefty knock that I couldn't track down because I hadn't believed it could be coming from such a new part).
All shocks now replaced with Super-Gaz.
I won't be buying TF again any time soon

Got a flat tyre.
Maf sensor died.
And fell into a ditch a little bit. Soft verge flooded roads stopped to let a motor pass and slip ooops. Fortunately I guess a silver rear door isn't hard to find to fix the dent

On the plus side
Compass autodim mirror fitted and working.
I had another maf sat so problem sorted.
Swapped a door speaker.
Watts outer bushes are here and new inner joint for tomorrow.
New diff high-low cable here but il attempt that when my gearbox is going in.

Well who doesn't love an easy fix. Watts outer bushes was already changed and in good condition. Outer bolt had worked loose. Cleaned threads up and a tiny bit of loctight shes all good again :)
