Have another play and turn off EKA if you haven't done it already.
Is the speedo over or under reading in mid range?
I think I turned off the EKA too but not sure. I don't find nanocom completely intuitive.

Speedo accurate to about 25mph, and from about 65mph upwards, but under reads by 10mph consistently between those according to 2 different GPS speedos.
If in doubt drop to 3rd and revs give a check at 20mph per thousand RPM.

Take a look at the ABS wheel sensors live data and check the ABS ECU for any fault codes.

There are a couple of pots on the back of the instrument cluster that calibrate how the speedo shows the speed signal given from the BECM. I'm sure I saw a post from someone who fiddled with them. Might have been on here or RR.net. Might be easier to try a spare one off eBay although remember the mileage has to be lower.

Pretty sure i didn't see any on mine, do you have to open it up?

Possibly. They'll be on the back. Someone explained what each one did in the post. Mine pretty much matches the GPS at all speeds so whoever did mine at the factory must have been on form. No other car I've ever had has been that close. Means it can be done!

I don't know if it is the ABS module or the BECM that calculates the speed, only that it counts the pulses from each ABS sensor, averages them and the converts to speed (4000 pulses at 60 mph rings a bell). Should be pretty damn accurate unless a sensor is acting up and then you'd have a fault code. Probably the ABS ECU but either way, the BECM then converts that to a voltage and feeds that to the instrument cluster to move the needle. The needle is calibrated accordingly using the pots - think he said there were 2 of them for some reason.
 
So after getting my height sensors to work properly the other day, the Green P38 decided to throw me another problem today.

Was on the way to Reading & Aldermaston, and the diaphragm valve failed just befor J10 on the M4, allowing the compressor air out the exhaust port. Had to turn round & drive home, although luckily it didn't hit the bump stops until about a mile from home. Moved laptop & stuff into the Blue P38, and got to Reading about 12:00 instead of 10:30 !!

Swapped a diaphragm from a spare valve block this evening, and all up in the air again :)

I'd seen one is to set the start of the movement, the other to regulate the rate of increase. No ABS faults shown on dash, and I would expect a sensor issue to give a proportional difference through the speed range, not start and end at consistent points and a fixed deviation.

The needle weighs to much.
The first bit is easy then when it gets to the horizontal (30mph) it gets heavier lifting till you can have it upright. Then once you tip past 70mph the weight takes over so it will make you look faster than you are 🤔 🫣.

Yes one is the offset and the other is scaling. There's actually six potentiometers in all, i.e. two for speedo, 2 for rev counter & one each for fuel & temp gauges. Read this thread on rr.pub where it explains how to access the adjustments for all the gauges.

Drove from West Somerset to the very north of the Yorkshire Dales for a mountain bike festival. Roof tent, awning, 2 up and all associated kit in the car.

313 miles in total, 3/4 of a tank and avg MPG (according to computer) for 41.8.

Car was absolutely faultless.. except for the lack of acceleration when I had to slow right down due to plonkers 😂
 
Drove to work and back home - looked for some EAS details for a mate once I was home, found this as well, might be of use to someone. I honestly don't know how/why I've got it, maybe part of some training material that I've tried to forget about!
