Everyone makes mistakes, I've made some crackers in the past!!

It's hard to say without seeing the actual code but it looks like the upload button calls a separate script which likely had the wrong ownership so can't write to the pics folder since the upgrade

as someone that’s built a fair few website and the odd forum in the past I reckon your bang on the money with the issue I personally can’t think of much else that it could be certainly nothing that would take months to fix.

The new light cluster arrived yesterday. I had a right to do getting the old one off, in the process broke the outer lens even more. On close inspection, the condensation had created a little pool in the bottom, which had corroded the chrome, the bulb assembly was badly rusted, I am glad I replaced the whole shabang. I have some piccies, tried to upload, but I don't have permission to perform this action, ok then I won't, sorry guys. Are we having uploading problems?

Right Kermit, so it is an IT problem, I think somebody did something, like an upgrade, without knowing the consequences of the impact of said upgrade. Now, they can't remember what it was they did and did not do a backup before said upgrade or whatever was done. OUCH!
Whatever the upgrade was, it has circumvented my ad blocker to some extent:mad:
Different things work for different people, I have found that using the Win snip feature (Win key, shift & S) then control V in the reply page usually works as recommended by another member.

Member? Yes/no/maybe answer, just incase nobody wants to know when he starts complaining.

But hey its gone now, and I am sure the new owner knew its faults:). Did they take the Nano too?

Yes he's on here. Pretty sure i mentioned everything. Even had the nano! Went for test drive and no issues. Apart from when it was time to drive away, wouldn't go into park to start! Oops. Let the handbrake off and it was ok. I never used the handbrake.
Still plenty left to do on it but i just can't anymore.
Probably the last v8 I'll ever own

Sad day indeed. I feel your pain, I miss the old girl but just cannot work on one anymore.

Good its gone and I wish the new owner good luck and am sure we will see him/her/it (not wanting to get in PC trouble)
But you have a new V8:confused:.

I think the 38 is nicer than the 322, more like a favourite chesterfield

I would have to disagree;).
Having driven both from UK to here, the 322 is much nicer. But the 38 is still here it has character, and presence on the road just like the 322.
