Might seem like a bellend question, how easy is it to whip out the driver side headlamp. Clearly @My Old Landy or @biketeacherdave have whalloped something :D:D:D and now the the thing dunt line up and illuminates at ten to eleven :D:D:D I don’t need a seemingly 5 minute job turning into a year off the road :D:D:D but it ain’t going to fool any MOT tester :D:D:D

It passed for me and I didn't hit anything

Gave mine a good wash minus the wheels as it’s got a slight leak on two tyres one being screw and other on the bead, then gave it a machine polish to correct some swirls using scholl s20 black polish and firm pad then whizz over with Autoglym SRP to give some protection and gloss.

It tried to fix the broken parcel shelf bracket that makes it squeak exactly like my brother's MK4 Escort did back in the day. I failed. Basically,I got side-tracked; you know, you start something and then "oh look, over there, I can fiddle with that while I'm here...."

That subwoofer is in a crap flimsy plastic enclosure, I bet if I use the DodoMat on it inside it will transform the efficiency just like it did in my 911 years ago.

Yeah, it now looks like a Noughties Rap video in there. Gonna get my Snoop-Dogg CD out now.

It's definitely better but I haven't used ti in anger on my driveway, that will wait until I go out again.

I'll try the parcel shelf another day. The reverse camera has failed too this weekend Any tips on where to get one that isn't Land Rover? Powerful UK seem to do them but not for the 2010 facelift.

It was blurry while it lasted.

I’ll post a picture tomorrow. The light is sitting proud of the bonnet line by 2” and is solid suggesting the mount is damaged.

The whole thing comes out on its frame including the wiper/indicator with a couple of nuts, a couple of bolts and some plugs, oh a little hose too:)
Takes 15mins to get 2 out :), I got a couple sat on the bench to change for the RHD 1s.

Oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter change on the 38, slight top up of coolent and washer fluid. Everything looks OK under the bonnet after 5000 miles except for an oil leak which is covering the top of the steering box and around the short elbow blow side of turbo. Spent ages with a rag and torch in the pit but blowed if I can see where the leak is coming from, not atf, engine oil. No where near as leaky as a tratter but enough to be annoying.

Well, the idea was not to dampen the action of the cone but to reduce the loss caused by the flimsy walls of the box. Having had excellent results with my old 911 doing this I thought it was a sure thing. What actually happened was... absolutely nothing! There is no discernible difference having driven the car today so I can honestly report that it was a complete and utter waste of time that could and should have been invested in sorting the parcel shelf squeak which I can still hear just as clearly as before!

I have since remembered that the box in the 911 was ported whereas the RR is sealed so of course that will have a huge impact on the differing results

Harmon Kardon did their bit to design the enclosure and I don't think for one minute I could improve on their work, but like all things, they only design it and they don't build it so I hoped to improve on that aspect.

If any of you are considering this modification, I can tell you hand on heart that you should invest the time in resolving any actual faults that you have - You're welcome. :)

I used mine last night to go to archery and took it for a spin out on the motor way today, had a bit of a smile as i went passed a couple of much newer range rovers and a d4:D

Not fired any arrows in decades although I have a 32lb recurve in a cupboard somewhere.
