They will probably say its been feeding a leak, they have a Crystal ball you know.
my favourite one was when i was working at a mates garage, a customer brought a pump back saying it didnt work. He cut the plug off as he did not know how to push the clip down to remove it from the loom.
needless to say, no pluggy no refund . :Do_O

Knob end.
yep, he then said his mate had fitted it who was a land rover service engineer, i said did you not think to phone him before you got the cutters out. He called me a few fruitful names then threatened to tell all his range rover mates we sold defective pumps.:D
I upset him more by saying i cannot wait to see his mates if they are as thick as he was :D
He was a member on a similar facebook forum to this, needless to say we heard no more from the ballsack :D

So yesterday at 4pm finished my last job.
Put in my new o/s indicator unit one actually with an outer lens :D checked the oil and coolant and that was it set off. Couple of stops and a Half hour break and a quick visit in to family a bit off the motorway by Carlisle then all the way down to Windsor in total 600 miles straight. Done 150 on road today oh wow city driving shows how big it actually is. city and country roads are tiny compared to up north.
Was actually ok fuel wise all the way down made it on a full tank.
My first experience with these stupid idea smart motorways with speed cameras every 3 seconds average cameras everywhere swear i must have looked at my speedo more then the road. The last time I was down there was next to nothing from Stirling South

Dangerous as f*ck with no hard shoulder. I worked on the roads over 20 years ago and it is way more busy now. As soon as I saw one I said people will die and unfortunately I was proven correct yet still the cock-wombles in charge persist with their experiment.

For average speed camaras I just put the cruise control on, switch to Classic FM and try not to fall asleep.
