Topped up the engine oil, checked for leaks, adjusted a dropping rear door and checked my lights. I love it!

Now look what you've done - found the unmentionable and even worse made the rest of us ponder our very own rear bumpers:)
How's the windsceen gig going?

I know mate. Poked the bear didn’t I. But the wavey bumper edge was damaging the tailgate I fitted a few months back. If it wasn’t doing that I’d have left it well alone. I’ll be ordering the brackets and a good used bumper next month. Just looks a bit odd now. Rotten as a pear it was :D.

Jesus Christ in a salty suit batman!:p

Pulled over at the road side and swopped my eas compressor over as it wasnt running, lucky I keep a spare on the boot. Normal operation restored. Have checked the thermal cut out tested OK will strip it tomorrow for a proper look.

So that's my cats gone rattly my eas compressor packed in and the bearing on my alternator to replace again, think that makes up for my recent run of trouble free motoring

Yeah but at least you've done your injector pump!:)

Fitted all Beru glow plugs. What a difference, starts on the button! Two more of the NGKs had failed.

Replaced windscreen washer pump. After much fiddling trying to insert new ine, found it easier to insert seal then pump rather than doing it all in one. Wrist now looks like it has been scrammed by a cat.

Changed the clutch master cylinder today, no real problems just took ages to disconnect the operating arm from the pedal due to me being a bit useless when being doubled up standing on my head trying to use my left hand. Would have been so much easier if buttercup was RHD.
Bled the system right through with an easybleed as I wanted to change the fluid anyway, pedal feels a bit different now but I can get all gears OK on tickover, so I guess it's OK. If I find problems I'll reverse bleed.
But what a right arse to get at the bleed nipple on the slave, eventually used a socket on 18 inches of extension to get past the sump to crack the seal.

Cleared out the tools from fitting the clutch master and we went for a drive (with a bottle of fluid just in case) 2 hour round trip with no dramas, so I guess thats job jobbed then. :D:D
Of course now the passenger door wont work on the central locking.:(:(
One day the list will be finished - I'll probably be brown bread 1st. ;)

Nearly got it stuck!!
Was damn nearly pooping...
Attacked the track from the wrong end up a slight incline. Got a couple of meters then stuck, backwards then forwards then a bit of progress then stuck again. That was a bloody long two hundred metres:p
