Fixed the drivers side heated front seat. Two breaks in the wires across the middle of the seat base where they have to go under the hog ring wire. Typical failure. Soldered in some more robust wire and replaced the thermostat. Now warms up really well, just in time for winter!! Then fitted front fog lights I bought on eBay ages ago. I assume that a previous owner removed the original ones as the plastic vent pipes were already there and they worked without setting them in the BECM. One of the connectors was badly corroded so had to splice the lights in, liberal amounts of self-amalgamating tape should keep them dry!!

Left the damn thing standing for ten days whilst visiting my outlaws in Poland and it started and ran perfectly as per normal! We only hear about knackered P38s - they can be reliable! :)

. .just back from a TVR meeting, taking the TVR as well. The Rangie got a lot of attention, car enthusiasts could not believe the mint condition of the car putting some of the TVR's to shame!!!

I took mine for a spin into York to buy a new suit. Came back and had a nice mark on the drivers side passenger door, looks like someone has stabbed the door with a key or very small knife. :/

He will have it for two weeks as hes on hols twice during that time.

I dont mind...gave me a excuse for 200 miles round tip in the Maserati!!!!

Towed a colleague into work as his focus clutch went. Made my day as the car they call unreliable unnecessary scrap. Saves one of them once again!
