Hi, just a thought but a bit of silicone spray or similar on the glass edges if you think it’s binding in the channels. Only mention that because I recently did the same on the house window mechanism and cured an issue I’d had for a few years.

Doors straight? Might need top bending ever so slightly? Normally teeth on regulator are worn.

I gazed upon it sitting in nearly frozen pasture grass forlornly waiting for life sustaining parts to arrive from afar.
Cleaned gasket face as best i could, got it all together, gasket is weepingThanks will check. Whoever did the water pump last decided it would be a good idea to glue the gasket in place, is a real mess
