You could unplug the compressor in the boot under the spare wheel I think, but being an L322 lord knows how many other faults that would flag up.

That's my thoughts too. Workshops full till tomorow so may just leave it outside

They come on with aircon gas pressure and in the case of the V8 a coolant overheat situation, let the engine get that hot only if you find doing head gaskets a pleasurable past time.
I've got 2 numbers in my head, 97 or 95 for the fans to come on, but can't see either in rave though i might just be blind. Do you know?

I got 97c as the default value for instrument warning on nanocom. Found a value of 107c as the overheat condition for the fans to come on! Yes, if want them to come on much lower than that
Is this what your mod does datatek? And where would i find details? :)

The overheat activation of the fans on the V8 is at 105/107C but not very accurate i suspect.
I can send you details of my aircon fans mod if you PM me an email address. It is not suitable for cooling the V8 without the viscous fan, but is a useful back up for viscous fan failure.

Well the yellow filler primer turned up today gave one of the wheels a few coats
