On the v8 they also come on at a specified coolant temp. Unless I'm mistakenThey come on with gas pressure for the aircon unless you have done my mod.
They come on with aircon gas pressure and in the case of the V8 a coolant overheat situation, let the engine get that hot only if you find doing head gaskets a pleasurable past time.On the v8 they also come on at a specified coolant temp. Unless I'm mistaken
You could unplug the compressor in the boot under the spare wheel I think, but being an L322 lord knows how many other faults that would flag up.Front airbag burst.
Got a pair sat wont have time till tomorrow though.
What can I do or unplug to make it home 4 miles without burning out the compressor.

I've got 2 numbers in my head, 97 or 95 for the fans to come on, but can't see either in rave though i might just be blind. Do you know? They come on with aircon gas pressure and in the case of the V8 a coolant overheat situation, let the engine get that hot only if you find doing head gaskets a pleasurable past time.
I got 97c as the default value for instrument warning on nanocom. Found a value of 107c as the overheat condition for the fans to come on! Yes, if want them to come on much lower than thatI've got 2 numbers in my head, 97 or 95 for the fans to come on, but can't see either in rave though i might just be blind. Do you know?
The overheat activation of the fans on the V8 is at 105/107C but not very accurate i suspect.I got 97c as the default value for instrument warning on nanocom. Found a value of 107c as the overheat condition for the fans to come on! Yes, if want them to come on much lower than that
Is this what your mod does datatek? And where would i find details?
What are you implying about my p38 huh!?If you were close enough for either of our p38s to make it that far, and we weren’t both under house arrest, I’d do yours in an afternoon easy.
Thanks for the idea @Kev12 how did yours go?
At least it's got a full compliment of cylinders! Straight six or v8, anything else is incomplete lolIt’s not your fault it’s a V8. Just your fault you got one.
