Here is a trick for you, not a tell all but can be used as an indication.
When a window motor is jammed or shorted the interior lights will dim slightly when the button is pressed similar to a jammed or duff starter. ;)

Ok I will try that, I got another motor just in case (they are cheap enough second hand) but after changing the pack over and it wasn't that, thought I would cover all the things that might go wrong seeing I'm in there

Nearside works, driver side not, but I don't think it worked before then the window went, someone sideswiped the mirror, and I didn't fix it 100% so it could be that (I just put a new glass on it) I have so many things to do, but when I go to do them I'm huffing and puffing trying to do them

Sorry.... Honda Civic Type R 2009 front n/s/f brake is binding, anyone have a clue as to why that would happen??

Ideally you need to take the slider pins right out and give them a good clean up, there will be old hard grease stuck to them. Same goes for the hole they slide in. Should be silicone grease otherwise i would say lithium would be better than copper

It starts binding after a few miles when the brakes warm up its fine for the first few miles its strange you would think it would be the other way around!!

Copper grease will cause the bellows around the slider to swell, it'll also cause the slider to drag..

Copaslip is an assembly compound not a lubricant.

Don't forget the disks heat up and swell.
Before driving it and cold, do a light push test with no handbrake, after a good run try it again. If it won't roll as easy then it could be a piston problem.
The sliders will be stiff hot or cold.
Then remove the problem wheel and it's same axle other side.
Try to return the piston or caliper into the fully retracted state on both calipers.
A stiff piston will require a lot more force to return it into filly retracted. Check for heat traces on the disk face also, I. E. Bluing.
