Check your junk folder. Usually the codes come with the unit? Scrap of paper anywhere?
Nothing in the spam folder. I have the bit of paper with the device ID, I don't have the username and password to log into the members part of the Black Box site. Sent two emails to support but nothing back yet.

I never did get a username or password to the forum area. Never needed it to be fair but would be nice as a just in case.

20 new wheel nuts, the old ones were in a shocking state. And were three different sizes. One of them was so rounded I had to weld a 22 mm nut on top of it to get it off.

Your unlock codes are posted in the members forum but uyou need your name and password to get in.

No they are in the restricted area. Go to Nanocom home page click log on at top right. You will then need to enter your email address and the password that should have come with the unit. When in you will see a page with your details on it. At right side in a box is your unit number. Click on that and unlock codes will appear. They then need loading into the unit. Members forum is a totally different area.

No password came with the unit, according to the instructions the username and password are emailed after you register the unit using the 6 digit ID. I didn't get the email.

They may have changed things, i can recall getting a password with the unit. Mind you it is a while ago. Maybe it's different now, i got mine as an assessment unit before they went on sale to the general public.

I'll wait until after the weekend to see if anyone actually answers my emails to support.

Definitely got the unlock codes with my unit. I remember because 1 was wrong and I couldn't read the GEMS (I bought both EDC and GEMS). Pretty sure I rang up and they gave me the correct code immediately.

You will then have had three unlock codes one for GEMS one for EDC and one for general body systems. As said cannot remember it's a while ago.
