Never too late for quality advice James thank you.
Parts ordered today. As luck would have it I have been busy working on the house so this job got sidelined a bit, not as though a handbrake is desperately important here anyway. And a habit I got into when I started driving was to always depress the clutch when starting, so no problem leaving in gear.

Hill starts become trickier. I live up a steep hill and that leaking tbox seal was a PITA with a manual box.

Took a drive upto some waste ground with the kids.

I have a nitro... 4x4 abs the lot... get almost 40 out of it
This belongs to my son, it's only a starter kit but it's really impressive. I'd like one myself tbh!
The nitro's are something else aren't they? 40 mph scale model!! Amazing.

Son and his lad have electric 4 x 4 off road models. They will do around 60 mph. Mind you they are a bit pricey at around £900.00 each. :D:D

The prices are unreal for some of them.
Ive got mine sat behind his model. I can really off road with that one!;)

Looks like Eurocarparts have a 70% discount for the weekend. Click-and-collect and you should be good to go on Saturday. If I'd waited another 2 days I'd have had the clutch kit for £120. Grrrrr
