Apparently JLR have a new vehicle coming out, the Land Rover Hymen: looks nice, costs a fortune but breaks the first time you get into it and then you're f*cked.
..and after you've used it the first time, the novelty's gone and it's just the same as the rest..

In all probability that how my boot button spring rusted away, got it in the post this am and fitted it already

Going over to @Grrrrrr tomorrow and we are gona sort stuff out on out P38s

I think in the summer we could do a meet one weekend and work on some cars, helping each other out on my drive, if anyone is up for that (around Heathrow way) I could fire the BBQ up and we can have a day of it

I'd be up for it if I can make little name tags to guess who People are?

But there are 128000 members on here now, I'm not sure how much that works out in cake ...

how big is your drive?

Thinking here.. doesn't LZone have an annual day that we can all FU each others cars...and laugh..?

It did. However, they were losing money because not enough people turned up. It was good fun. Most of the day was spent green-laning and the evenings drinking.

@brianp38dse usually goes to the Chiltern Steam Rally at Prestwood each year. I take my boy there too. It isn't far from London, especially if you come from the west-side. I suggest @Dopey might like to join us next year. It isn't far for Saint either.

The Steam Rally is actually a 2 day event that has steam, classic cars, tractors, trucks, stalls, funfair. It has everything. I highly recommend it, especially the back field where they have all the traction engines doing what they were built for: sawing wood, grinding rocks etc.
