Considering the last one has 250,000 not so crap lol not me wife :)
Forgot to say van is a pegeout partner exactly the same as a citron belingo :p:p:p
Our company Belingo is getting on for 300k. Although a lot of parts are failing now, it is to be expected given the miles under it's belt.

This has been in the company since new. It has had 2 clutches, 3 water pumps, 2 cam belts, 1 alternator, 1 set of front bearings, rear drums and cylinders, handbrake cable, 2 full exhaust systems, front springs and dampers and one sump. Plus standard service and wear and tear items.

Which when you consider it has done 300k, driven as company vans are driven and been in two light crashes by a former employee who wrote off 5 vehicles plus a courtesy van while the company Escort Van he crashed was being repaired. I'd say it isn't doing too badly. No welding required anywhere yet, although there is some slight surface rust showing up in places.

I doubt you'll get many Ford, LR, Merc/VW, Vauxhall/Nissan/Renault vehicles getting to 300k without needing some welding or at least some excessive rust showing up.

I just realised I been lying a centre pipe too and and alternator , Which after removing the power steering, I didn't need too

Just changed both diff fluids (rear looked like it was ready). Greased all props & UJ's. Not fun scrabbling around under the rangie in this weather!:(

Managed to change the radius arm bushes on the o/s today. And the panard bushes. Why is it that you always get 1 side that is better to do than the other?

At least it sits straight now. And the ride feels better. Not looking forward to doing the rears. They look like great fun!

Also trying to convince swmbo that I need new shocks. :D:D:D:D

If you have ever had to change the coil packs on a P38 - you'll understand why you would have to stab him too..!! :D:D:D

Yeah,I figured stabbing is quick and painless unlike changing the fecking coil packs. Perhaps I should change my mind, go for death of a thousand cuts instead? More appropriate for the crime?

Still, the car is creamy smooth now - better than it's ever been, I wonder if one of the packs has always been a little weak...

I had to leave it at a colleagues house because I needed their company car to drive cross country to carry out a server intsall (boss didn't want to pay my fuel bill). On the way I diagnosed why the heating didn't work (hasn't worked for about 5 months), zipped it round to the garage the company uses to get a second opinion and I was right, exhaust gasses getting into the coolant. Not sure if head gasket or head until it is stripped, but at 104k, you'd expect better from a Toyota...

Drove mine to the garage (its 2nd home) to take care of this tapping noise in the engine baie and replaced it with a FT-86 for a photo shoot tomorrow morning... Btw the engine noise on this car sounds like a coffee bean grinder...

Changed the gearbox oil, changes a lot better now :) also changed the track rod ends and tracked it up a little more stable :)
