Fuse F11 always works.
Clearly they just had no ****ing clue what they were doing. I understand no one can know everything about every car. That is why you ask questions and learn. But nope, these clowns just bodge it and hope no one kicks up a fuss. I know how much it'll cost me to fix it and to be honest I could've had her back on the road the same day I noticed the fault (the woman from FluxBreakdown did say I could pay for the repair myself and get reimbursed at a later date), but it is the principle of the matter. Why should I put my hands in my pockets and use up my time to fix damage that shouldn't be there to begin with?

Never pay first. Getting money back is a bugger. You need the evidence of the bodge too.

Anyway, you'd never pull a car in park. All cars that age have some way to release the pawl.

That is what I figured. Lucky I have a second car or I'd be demanding a courtesy car. The company take before and after photos when the move a vehicle. So that'll be all the evidence I need that they caused the damage. Since it is obvious just looking.

I am guessing the guy just didn't give a ****.

Brake light switch replaced following another height freeze situation over the weekend where the brake lights turned out to be permanently on without jabbing the pedal! So my strip and clean field-fix last 2 months. Better than I was expecting.

Does the repair person know what they are doing? Might want to change repair shops
He's been working on Landrovers for many years & knows his stuff - especially rover V8's. Maybe it's just bad luck? Could be down to the higher compression ratio & LPG?

I thought you had a well sorted engine with fancy changes installed to me sure that didn't happen again? :/
Yep, it was running beautifully for 10k, then misfire on 3&5, it always blows between the middle cylinders. I was hoping the top hats would give better protection around the fire rings:(:(:(
