Had problems with rear left going down earlier in week. Soapy water proved a leak. New bag arrived today, fitted (not by me I must add) No more leak:vb-angel1::vb-angel1:
Picked up another new bag at yard today that is fully extended that just needs folding over on itself, any tips anyone. Neighbour is going to try at weekend lowering his 2 poster slowly down onto it to get it to fold back.

What I do with bus airbags is to put them in plac with the bus jacked up, use a tyre inflator to inflate the bag. It will soon take its right shape. the tyre inflator, giving about 90 psi inflates it in a few seconds. Or if you must fole them to shape first, it can be a pig of a job trying to fold the ends over. One hand inside, the other outside. Use tyre fitters paste on the top and bottom of the air bag, it help it to settle a lot easier.

Finally got a nano for it. I'm not sure if I'm reading it right though, but if I am, the fuel value should be 5ish, but is currently 63 (or is it the 23.5)? So running lean.

And the timing, should be around 50%, so is currently retarded. If I am right, the percentage is set by static timing and the fuel quantity set by giving the top half of the pump a few love taps?

After he'd stood for ages he started first turn of the key last weekend and behaved faultlessly taking 4 plus luggage on a comfortable 250 mile round trip waft to Gloucester for my uncle's funeral.

Ok maybe I'm being thick.. won't be the first time.. how do you torque the nut on the control arm to 120lbft +90 degrees of you can't even get a ring spanner on it!?17414348191640.jpg
