That can be anything from a bad connection, the D+ goes via the BECM, to worn brushes. Worn brushes being the most likely. A new regulator assembly from Mobiletron is the way to go if it's brushes.

If the alternator stops charging whilst you are driving, it doesn't take long for them to grind to a halt. At least check the voltage at the battery with the engine running.Didn't do it when I came home. Could be luck but more likely a sign of something on its way out. Wait till it is consistent, I guess

Not sure what's going on here but looks suspect to me. Need @Datatek to cast his eggspurt eye over it.

The other side looks fineCan't tell thru the flux ... what's the other side look like ? any heat will have scorched thru ...
