Good to see you too mate, finished the conservatory yet? We are a few down from what I understand and the forum looks bit mental to what I’m used to

Yes the conservatory is all finished and now the wife's office,
The forum switched servers before Christmas and lost a few bits along the way and has only just been fixed on sunday and still changing, and we have now got most of the emojis we used to have years ago:vb-banana:

Well yesterday, I fitted the new barb for the lpg chucked it on the diagnostics for the lpg and was getting an error on the reducer solenoid must have knocked the wiring or something as its been butchered in the past and had the prongs snapped off and been soldered straight on to the copper but I dont think it was making a great connection tried redoing but no go out of frustration ordered a new solenoid as I really dont want to have to fit a new shut off valve as the pipes will be in different places afterword's realised I probably haven't even ordered the right one due to there being a lot of difference in the inner hole size gave the chap at lpgautosupplies a ring 30 minutes ago turns out I magically did order the right one so yay! Hopefully that will come tomorrow and means then it might actually work.

Dropped the spring out of the valve though so while I was under the car retrieving it I noticed a bit of coolant on the thermostat housing looks like its possibly out of the pipe that goes to the water pump so nipped that up and the other end might have a small weep too so nipped that up aswell maybe thats all the coolant leaks sorted.. fingers crossed. though did accidently lean on the return pipe a little yesterday and it bubbled out again with the bit of pressure so I still think Might be worth getting a new return pipe, though since its a britpart bottle according to @kermit_rr I would be surprised it if was the nipple end being slightly undersized than factory so it doesn't get quite as good a clamp as it should.

Under the bonnet, yes there a little bit that going on but the rest it is pretty good. The 200tdi conversion has left not much space to work on the timing belt.. There pipes pass-through the front grill assembly and it's going to take longer to get in there than it is do the belt and pulleys 😲
