Replaced front drop links and air filter. Drop links were completely destroyed! Seems to have improved handling.

Just got back from the Rugby club after celebrating doing my Radiator ! Like they all say hit the nut harder ! I used a thin spanner I had from a Flymo, put an open ended spanner on to it and hit it hard ! Hey presto, nut loosened, fan off radiator out and replaced. Total time about 1 1/2 hours work. The cowl needs to fit on properly at the bottom to ensure its drawing air through (extra 1/4 hour wasted there ) and one of the bottom fixing nuts was a b@$)@rd to get in but ..so far...its tickety boo ! I am so chuffed coz I am normally useless with tools. (I'm paid for what I know, not what I do.... ) Good Luck !

Took the old girl for MOT, passed with no advisories! However looked out the paperwork file and thought out of interest I would look when my M5 is due and to my shock it expires on the 12th.... so back to the garage I went! Lets see if we can get two passed in a day.

Went shopping, bloody boot wouldn't open again, almost a year exactly since it last refused to play:mad: Connector correded again I guess after all the rain this last winter.

Replaced the centre console window switches as annoyingly the front passenger side window would go down but not up.... but would quite happily wind up with the lazy locking (phew)...

I bought a replacement panel the week after buying the rangie (8months ago...) its taken this long to get round to fitting it. I'd have done it sooner if I knew it was just TWO SCREWS!!!! I was expecting to have to take half the centre console out... Ah well an easy fix! Unexpectedly its also rectified the mirrors as well as I did genuinely think they were broken!

Not today but yesterday was MOT day

I got a fail pass :)
I should of failed due to the gaping hole in the rear box pipe itself .
Advisory and new Janspeed being bought though I might as well change the system
By by £500

Still its good when your mot man knows and trusts you

Happy days :):):)
