given C1 isn't available anymore.. wonder if garages put any old 'diesel 5w30' in? then customers complain about a full dpf?

I only did a quick search and Castrol edge seemed to be an alternative to the search specs but never looked deep, I will ask the Man at the RR garage;).

In fact I think we have half liter of oil for top up in the back will take a look:).

according to my previous research, the battery will at best, never be fully charged, to 'reduce strain' on the alternator or some rubbish, but yes i agree with you :)
The lower the state of charge of the battery, the more strain it puts on the alternator as the battery will be drawing more power from the alternator.

thank you :) i need to check the 60A maxi fuse then, i assume!
i can also deduce, i can measure mV across the fuse to see if there is any activity

I've not found the engine yet!! never mind the injectors or glow plugs
3 maxi fuses, one 50A has a pic of what looks like a coolant tank with a fan.. no clue what that's for!! And 2 60A fuses with no label. Didn't pull any out as don't know what they are for, but they didn't look discoloured etc from going pop so assume all ok. Opaque so you can't see the fuse inside the carrier

With a fair wind the binnacle comes out again tomorrow now the bulb kit has arrived. If I get time it’ll get a wash and polish anorl.

It appears on my dia as each 60a powers 1 of the glow plug modules, so both 60A are for glows:).

As a little aside it shows 4 fuses:confused:, 1 50,1 40 & 2 60s.

Guess what I’m doing :D

I changed ALL of mine even though only 2 weren't working, to future proof it I guess. Less than 6 months later 4 of the new bulbs have stopped working, the time clock is the most annoying but I figure on re doing that when I replace the hvac zebra strip thing, which I still haven't purchased yet.
I have a permanent srs light. Put a multi across the bulb and one of them was nadgered. Fingers crossed that is the issue as I’ve checked all the plugs o_O also 2 of the 3 bulbs behind the info screen were blowed. Oh and annoyingly I replaced all the switch bulbs and one has failed again, so that centre panel is coming out anorl
