Yes. My old manifold has a change in the diagonal after the 3rd or 4th pipe, the new one i bought looked right superficially on t’ internet - but all the diagonals are the same. Bugger.Bolt holes?

You might wonder why i need a new inlet manifold. There is not much to go wrong is there?Bolt holes?
How about a small layer of fiber glass matting and glue to keep you on the road until you get another? You might wonder why i need a new inlet manifold. There is not much to go wrong is there?
However, i think mine is plastic and the broken intercooler fixing bracket has rubbed a hole in it!

Unlucky, one of mine has both diagonals drilled and threaded for studs.Yes. My old manifold has a change in the diagonal after the 3rd or 4th pipe, the new one i bought looked right superficially on t’ internet - but all the diagonals are the same. Bugger.
Elliotts was the same. He fitted the Vauxhall omega diesel alloy manifold to his and the head was already drilled and tapped for both applications.Unlucky, one of mine has both diagonals drilled and threaded for studs.
They don't want the wheel to come off, and they're too rushed to look up the correct setting, wind a torque wrench to it, torque the nuts and tidy up after. I don't think anyone in my place works at the speed some garages do because we don't gun all nuts up to 5 ugadugas and call them tight!Had same problem with my rears . Tried new impact wrench on them, no joy. Son had to put 4foot pole on breaker bar and then by standing and bouncing on it cracked the nuts. What the hell do these tyre fitters get out of it torquing the nuts so tight, don't they resalise to tight can cause damage
