Failed to sell the Stormer style wheels on the bay. It has automatically relisted, but also waiting to hear back off someone where I'd put them on FB marketplace. Fingers crossed, space in the garage and access to the big jack to do the front suspension bags would be useful while it is still warm and dry.

The other weekend changed both front upper arms. So glad did it at a DIY garage and not on the drive way - needed air gun to get the ball joints out. Changed front and rear diff oil, first time, nobody mentions the lovely gone off egg smell. Changed wipers.
During the week fixed a few fuses, but there is a separate issue and post about it.
Before that a few weeks sold the wheels the car came with, awful 22inch Overfinch..

Took to the green lanes this weekend, got it nicely dusty and a bit more scratched :D

Drove it, very nervously. It occurs to me it might be slowly losing coolant out that pipe round the back of the engine allowing air in and that might have been the cause of my pain on Monday.

Another thing to keep an eye on.

Does anyone know why the p38 has funky brakes compared to just about any other vehicle and why land rover dropped the idea so quick?

If the system is not holding pressure, the coolant will always boil.

Quite a few other marques use the WABCO stuff. I would guess that it was dropped due to the cost, that or it went out of production.
