At least it only says check. Could be fine.

Run an extension lead in through the tailgate upper and lower next to the light cluster and put a domestic dehumidifier in the footwell. Or on top of the centre cubby. You'll be amazed how much water it will pull out of the interior, but it dries out faster that way.Found my leak. One of the bastard clips on the heater matrix had worked loose. I am still waiting for the Mikalor ones to be delivered. Not that I am taking ot all apart again now. Managed to sneak a tiny spanner through a gap and nip it up. Condensation absolutely everywhere under the pedals. I am hoping it dries out and the throttle pot recovers because the cable goes over a bracket round the back and it looks like a dash out / released to get the damn plug connector out. Total PITA for what should be 2 bolts and 1 nut. The throttle is held on like a wiper arm with a nut that clamps a linkage onto a knurled nub on the end of the pot assembly.
Is it not possible to get ir registered on local plates?Went out to go to town today and for the first time ever I thought NO don't do it. Now is not a good time to drive a car on Brit plates
This is not a political message or taking any sides. I have lived were I live now for 15 years so yes in essence I am an immigrant. I have had the black beast here for 10 years and loved it and have never had any issues and even when the Crimea went from being Ukrainian to Russian never had any thoughts about driving. Somehow today and even though its all calm here I just thought No. I felt a tension in myself just not to do it. So for the foreseeable future the beast will be back on the axle stands as it usually is most years anyway due to work. Just a shame to be put off driving by a fear of the unknown.
Quite wise mate , makes a change from worrying wether it will break down.Seriously though take care.Went out to go to town today and for the first time ever I thought NO don't do it. Now is not a good time to drive a car on Brit plates

Keep safe!
Agreed...I've usually followed my gut feeling. When I haven't, on occasion, I've ended up regretting not doing so. Above all...KEEP SAFE!

Keep that "spear" away from yer air springs, Dopey!Ring them I had a few Q for them and they were very helpful to me, and sent me some spear parts as well
Just found this thread. As I am in receipt of PIP, I've managed to get my P38 registered as "Disabled", so now pay ZERO £p per annum for Road Fund License...or whatever it's called these days.Says £570.00 thanks, there's no guarantee I am getting this, or the ££ I am hoping to get, but its not hurting me to look (apart from the fact that I will be balling my eyes out if it don't come off)

Absolutely the right call to follow your gut when it comes to something like this. Stay safe, hopefully things will be calm enough to get the beast out again soon!Went out to go to town today and for the first time ever I thought NO don't do it. Now is not a good time to drive a car on Brit plates

No road tax here in FranceJust found this thread. As I am in receipt of PIP, I've managed to get my P38 registered as "Diasbled", so now pay ZERO £p per annum for Road Fund License...or whatever it's called these days.
Wish I'd known about this many moons ago...would've saved me a fortune over the years.
I can see why it's not prominently advertised by .gov.uk / DVLA. I've been holding my breath since sending my old V5 away via post office with proof of PIP entitlement, but now have a shiny new V5 proclaiming my Taxation class being "DISABLED".
Hope LOTS of you guys may be a bit "WOKE/AWAKE" about this little-known perk of being sufficiently disabled...and save yer monthly/annual payments for road fund licence. If you're the owner of several vehicles, it sadly ONLY applies to ONE car/van/chariot.
When mad Vlad starts chucking nukes about, number plates will be irrelevant. Keep safe.Went out to go to town today and for the first time ever I thought NO don't do it. Now is not a good time to drive a car on Brit plates
