Took mine for a tip up and down a dual carriageway with a trailer behind,..

Half way through the journey I went to overtake a truck so gave her the boot, this is when she seemed less eager to rip past like she usually does................

Doh for a split second I had forgotten about the trailer.....

Oh well she still went past!

Upside of having a cammed V8 :D

I’ve you put a jump wire with a spade end on each between 30 & 87 the clutch should engage thats the two that go across the relay

Pete I tried doing this with my aircon system as well and the clutch wasn't moving at all. I can't take the aircon compressor wiring off to check that by applying 12v directly to it because I need to degas the system then remove some hoses for my LPG system just to get to the aircon connector.
Such is life huh.

according to RAVE the compressor gets 12 from the trinary switch, not from a relay in the fusebox as stated elsewhere on the forum
That is correct but the feed is from the hevac granting, depending on pressure and temperature a feed\request to the becm from my understanding.delve deeper and good luck.when I did mine the temperature changed for the worse so I gave up.;)
