I rounded off the bottom caliper bolt doing the brakes. Had to get the grinder out and cut the fecker. Turns out the calipers were banjaxxed anyway, so no real harm done.

Heat the ****ers. Only way to get them out without a grinder.

Little spring..✓
Rods that don't go back on..✓
The world's tinyest microswitches..✓
No room to work in the door..✓
Somebody been in there before me and buggered up the handle clips..✓
And my soldering skills are not what I thought..✓

You didn't try to do it in-situ?

Heat from drilling did as much as the actual drilling. To keep going while it was red hot was extremely beneficial
I still have the tan from that one

Same here  one pin.

Where’s the pics of your rusted up hubs en? Mine were terrible but few coats of atf and thorough pecking with an nammer and chisel they came up good. Make sure your CV boots are on tidy while you are there

The brakes on mine were shocking..

One of the rear pads was worn to such excess it fell out when i was driving home..

should of taken that as a omen..

Weirdly the shíttest part of the car "engine" is the best working bit of the entire thing!!

Odd

Hubs weren't too bad, wire brush cleaned off what was there. You saw the state of the calipers though. When the new ones arrive I'll put the carriers in the vice and hit them with the wire brush in the drill.

I haven't even looked at the rears. One disaster at a time, tyvm.

^^^ Enerys were shockingly bad but they come up great. I didn’t paint mine and they still look decent. I am regretting not putting new pads in front while I was there, it braked fine even before the overhaul weirdly?? But it niggles at the back of my mind

It had near zero brakes.

The rear caliper piston had almost popped out!!

That's what I did.

Latch cover fell off the centre console yesterday. Ordered some black pu adhesive to glue the latch cover, wing mirror, lower wing ,tailgate trim and bit of window rubber back on.

SpaceX doing the delivery then ? (location, space just in case anybody wonders what I`m on about)

Broke me today.. Tried to refurbish my own drivers door latch. Forget that idea, think I may have reached my limit there. Witchcraft..!!!
Then three hours to get the B####### back in and it's still doing it.
Broken.. me.
Yup. That’s a bugger of a job.
