Or is filled for life. Was seeping bit when I changed the oil so I took it out slapped a load of loctite on it and cranked it right up.
I don’t think it’s coming out.

Chisel mashes the plug with no movement whatsoever

On the plus side the oil is new so should last you a few years.

Yes a little ptfe tape would have been the way to go, the loctite was your down fall , but normally gives up with a bit of heat depending on which version of loctite you used.

It had near zero brakes.

The rear caliper piston had almost popped out!!
;)
I’m not surprised!

Sheared off two of the bolts on the slam panel getting it off... Just thought "if I just squeeze a bit further round..." B####r

My bloody dashboard. All gauges, switch pack, warning lights - nothing. Drivers window stuck down on a windy and quite rainy ridge while out green lining. Replaced Switch 1 - blew again almost immediately, removed the charger form the 12v socket - replaced fuse, blew again, fixed dodgy connection one the battery, replaced fuse, blew again...gave up and spent the day driving 'blind'. I know I have a fault on the Switch Pack - (@Datatek - correct again) - so I'm hoping that is the also the cause of the fuse blowing. I'll find out later today!

My bloody dashboard again - after replacing the window pack - Fuse 1 blowing again. Also broke the bonnet latch and can't open the bonnet, oh, and the gearbox!

Think I may have really knackered it this time. :(

Nah itl polish out.

Bonnet latch snapping is normal. Grab the wire attached to it with a pliers and give it a gentle pull (pretty much standard on a fender). Fancy new plastic handle if your feeling generous.

Fuse 1 - instrument pack, clock, radio, centre console,
So bit of a hunt there....you been wading again?? o_O

ah - now you mention it I have done some wading - but the cab is dry, no leaky seals - but could be anything anywhere else, any suggestions where to look?

No need to ask me how I know lol.

Fuse 1 is a common denominator so investigate on those systems to start
If your door seals are good nothing tends to enter a P38 IME so lucky maybe. Could just need dry out get a hairdryer in there (on cool!)

Maybe check connectors and wires coming out of BECM that are associated with F01. Might have chafed under the seat and be shorting out.
