Actually lane 1 was a lot better than it looks. The track to get to the bit in the picture is interesting  and the bit in the picture is steeper than it looks :D:D

It was an interesting day LOL

The entrance to the first lane was blocked by parked cars. The occupants of one returned just as we decided to walk down it. They got told off by Timandmick for parking there.

One of them walked up to me, gave me a hug and said "Sue, I thought it was you":eek::eek::eek:

Turns out if was my ex sister in law, who I haven't seen for many years (by choice):D:D:D:D:D

Anyone been up Ramsdens lately, last time I was up, late 2013, it had been filled in and was a complete bore - hopefully the rain has washed some of it out again...

I went up a few weeks ago the top half still filled in so was easy, mid section on the rocks was tricky in the wet! But did a few others around Jackson bridge which were good one of them was washed out and didn't fancy it on my own lol

Ye agree it's now boring but it's a nice location and a good lane to start from on way to other more difficult lanes around there

Ye "gaz lane" lol went down the other week but stopped half way and walked the rest, glad I did its a lot worse now from water erosion, the drop in the centre is about 3-4 foot deep
