Had a brilliant afternoon exploring. Found 3 lanes which are worth doing in the future and all fairly local. Thanks to Zip for driving and letting me do the Bodkin lane in his disco. And also to Tim and Mick for the company.

Took a few pics to follow in a minute :D:D
 
Is bodkin the one where peoples gone off piste at the top ( you drive up to it at side of reservoir) if so are you allowed to go all the way over the moor or is it only legal to the gate?

Yes there is a lot of damage at the top. Trailwise shows it as legal all the way to tarmac.

We weren't exploring on that one though, just finishing off the day nicely :D:D

I wouldn't have wanted to lead on one of the exploring lanes either :eek:
 
Ye it's pretty bad up on the top been made into a off road track by some yobs by looks of it, I will go all way over next time I drive it then! What area have you been exploring?

Just a few in the Aire and Wharfe valley. We had some more to do, but its very wet so we left them for better weather.
 
They look some good lanes, if anyone's planning a trip could I possibly tag along? I was gutted to miss the last run out but the other half wouldn't of been pleased seen as it was her birthday lol

We aren't going out next weekend and the weekend after is Dr Evils lakes laning weekend. We might be out after that though. And Andy is running a trip to Derbyshire to do Hollingsclough on the 8th or 9th I think. That one is a bit extreme for me though :eek:

LOL Brilliant about the chassis though. Will put these into one of our trips soon :D
