Gents,
I had to get towed home the other week as, according to the mechanic, my water pump had seized locking up my sepentine belt and therefore stopping the engine turning over.
My Questions is; I am currently half way through the pump change and was looking at the pulleys closer the top right guide pulley appears to be locked solid. Would I be right in assuming that it should be able to rotate freely??
That’s the pulley in question below!
