My 95 3.9 efi was right hand thread.
This I found out after eventually giving up and removing the water pump with the fan attached as I was convinced it was a left hand thread!:doh:
 
Managed to get my fan off today. A little heat from my parts cleaner, a few taps with a hammer and punch and hey presto. For the record it was LHT as stated by Series71.

Just need to sort out a dodgy thread (helicoil already fitted by previous owner but it has broken up so with luck a fresh one will sort it. If not will weld it up and drill and tap the cover using the pump as a drilling guide) and a sheared bolt in my timing cover then I can start to re-assemble the engine, at last.
