a cheap alternative to a tracker. wot about an old mobile phone hidden behind the dash and wired to battery? police could easily trace it
there is obvious down sides to it, but cheap or free to do. worth a go?
dont they have to answer it?
Hi
Didto!
Located in sheffield, and also had attempted thieft this week!!
The bastards chewed up all three locks on each of the door dismantalled the krook lock/unscrewed gear stick knob, smashed the ignition switch, broke the switch bank with hazard lights ???
Tried to hotwire realised that i had put in a battery isolating switch!!! then dismanted the battery compartment and part removed the passenger seat must have tried to jump it but no luck (As i had broken down the day before!!!) ramage through the vehicle (nothing worth nicking in it but missed the sound system amp!!) then resembled the seat replaced seat base screw back on the gear stick nob closed the doors, but why i ask?
Also quite a busy road bloody nerve!
the independant garage i used in sheffield has gone out of business any suggestions would help thanks Andy
Ireland has got the right Idea, Punishment Shootings, Let's take the bastard's knee's!!!
And he was only prosecuted because, they were fleeing the scene when he blew holes in their backs.
Unfortunately as stated the law allows the use reasonable force to defend yourself. Once the criminal is fleeing the scene any use of force is going to be deemed as unreasonable.
Hi
Had my 90 stolen on the 1st of December last year! The scum dragged it of the drive! However today my father was driving down near the twin oaks hotel junction 29 m1 and he spotted my old reg plate thrown in the headge bottom!! The little gigs had taken the time to unbolt my personal plate so they did not bend the mounting plate that was made to go on to the winch bumper!
I just hope that something really nasty happens to these people!
Now it's back to square one and start adding to the 110 after all of the alarm and tracking systems have gone on it!!!
Cheers
