Hi there

I am trying to restore a series 2A chassis. The suspension mount on front nearside was very rusty, so I've drafted in new metal. It has new walls and floor, and the only thing I am missing is the tubing for the bushing insert. It looks like the tube itself should have an inner diameter of 1 1/16inches, which is the outer diameter of bush, and a thickness of roughly a 1/8inch. But I can't find that anywhere, does anybody know where I could buy that?

Give some of the replacment chassis builders a call they might point you in right direction...

Cut the chassis bush outer and weld in a strip.

Thanks for all the tips, in the end I contacted every UK based chassis manufacturer I could find online, and richardschassis.co.uk came through with the inserts, so thought I'd update this here in case somebody else has the same problem
