Transfer Neutral - in order to get into transfer neutral a fuse is placed in position 37 of the Fuse Box behind the glove box....have a look and ensure there is not fuse in position 37....if there is - Place Gearbox in Neutral, ingnition off, remove fuse, ignition to Position 2, Select a drive range using the Hi-Lo selector, select Park and ignition Off....
If there is no fuse in position 37 and you still have Transfer Neutral message - time to get it on a diagnostic to read the Transfer Box ECU fault codes...
Air Suspension - could be the air tank is empty.....run the car and leave a door open for 10-15 minutes, this freezes the Air Suspension from changing heights, but does allow the compressor to charge the tank without the system trying to empty it again....
After 15 minutes or so, get in and close all doors and tail gate, then select standard ride height, now there is a good charge of air in the tank, she should rise....
If you have a light in the centre of the selector switch illuminated, and a warning on the dash saying Air Susp. Inactive - there is a fault in the system...or if you have no lights at all on the EAS selector switch, this indicates a fault and the faults codes should be read on a diagnostic computer.
Door/Tail Gate Locks - Check the muliplugs that connect to the door from the door pillar and also the tail gate, they have been known to get water/moisture in them and corrode the pins.
