Woo getting there !!

Although the pushrods are very close to the heafs so I may end up taking the heads off again, grinding out the push rod holes and refitting to give them abit of space :eek:

And remember what I said about not needing MS

Well my mate has decided to sell his kit, unused with a prebuilt ecu and a few other extras for a price I couldn't refuse ... sooo going to the MS dark side :D

Well not yet, getting the engine running first then switch over when i have time and its ready built up :)

Yey tuning :D

shes in !!

i've done a complete engine re wire getting rid of a load of obsolete and broken wires and beefed up the ones that are left and soldered all possible joins :)

i'v also strengthened and adjusted the engine mounts, moved 1 water pipe that was low and had risk of damage from underneith and trimmed the bulkhead to clear the exhaust better :)

just got to finish the water system and add a few bits to the engine and she's ready to start again :)

i had an air leak in my front diff too so stripped the axle apart to check what was wrong. luckily this 90 degree join had just come loose and was leaking air, so a simple fix :)

also straightened this

and cleaned off all of this horrible concrete muddyness from the welsh :)

oddessy battery series 1st round next weekend. she'll be done :)

Looking very good mate, well done. Not seen many HD bars bent like that .. but looks like it could still drive you home .. ;)

Good luck next weekend.

It was rubbing on the diff but not too bad, I finished the weekend with it like that :)

Cheers mate hope to do well :)

Looking good :)

I have a question for yer regarding fuel system. Will be sorting fuel system on mine in the coming weeks (race tank in back). So will ideally need an inline fuel pump. Which one did you use?

Cheers.

Looks good. How come you don't have a timing light within you're massive array of tools?

Possibly for the same reason i dont have a fax or a vcr player in my living room anymore.

ive never needed one tbh :)

most of the work i do is on diesels and any petrols are modern ones so don't need a timing light for them

ill have to invest in one though as i've got megasquirt to fit so there will be some set up involved for that :)

Yep,, did that series last year and doing it again this year. Class 1 for me, only used a rear winch at valhalla last year, and not using the lockers at anything except scotia
