Yeah, been there a couple of times in years gone by .. small but rutted place as I recall, full of water after rain and trees with killer roots!!

Holy mud slide we call it. Looks tame but somehow destroys the underside of your truck.. It likes my brake lines

Half shafts 30 spline readily available to any length 300m circa £110 ea from the states. Detroit locker 30 spline centres again cheap and readily available. The worst part was finding a drive flange to modify/make fit the hub, I was give a name of a dodge truck used on alot of the UK US run air bases as a starting point they had huge flanges I could spin down and re drill.

My bro reminded me about the 2 Humvee genuine military h1 portal boxes he has under his bench then he showed me a picture of the Sierra sized diff! It looks puny!!

Today toys arrived :D

So inbetween helping my mate with his TD5 I got them test fitted :)

Now ive gotta get some 2 1/2 tube some 45 degree and 90 degree bends to make the rest of the exhaust :D

someone has been to Real Steel!!

Yep :D really good price and I was well impressed when I found the stub to make the next part of the exhaust already in the box :D wasn't expecting that :)

Free catalogue too so now browsing RV8 porn mmmmm 5ltr stroker kit mmmmmmm :5bdrool5:

Also straight through V8 Is ridiculously loud :D definately need a silencer in there somewhere. Might be able to make use of my side exit hole that I had for my 300tdi if im clever :D

They're quite small and neat the last silencer not sure how effective they would be tho. Can't remember off my head the Db reading but probably not so much of an issue for your club

Should be fine I can probably squeeze my current silencer in if I had to :) but TD5 would be neatet and alot easier :)

But yeah as long as its silenced I don't think ill have a problem :)

Stuck the standard (ish) exhaust back on for sunday. This is the last trial so can do some big work over the winter to get it challenge ready :)
