Well James it looks like we're both right, there are dowels on both but in different places
This is the dowel positioning on the 200

So on the 300 they're on the top left and bottom right

And as you can see the holes that the dowels are meant to go into are too small, menace were both right :D

So I'm drilling out the holes to fit the dowels and filing to a perfect fit :) I thought this would be more accurate than fitting the dowels from the other engine which I tried to get out but couldn't get it to budge :rolleyes:
 
more than enough studs would fit ,so i just use the 300 housing but am aware others use 200,disco 200 housing also has some that dont fit as well

The 200 housing bolts fit well within the 300 housing not 1 bolt would fit, this is an auto flywheel plate though ?
